The BC Taoism Association supports the thoughtful transmission of Taoist culture within a contemporary Canadian context.
The Association is dedicated to promoting a sound understanding of Chinese Taoist culture and classical teachings. Its work aims to make this heritage accessible without separating it from the discipline, history, and responsibility that give it meaning.
Based in Greater Vancouver, the Association provides a professional point of reference for cultural education, traditional metaphysical study, and community engagement in British Columbia.

Skylar is a Greater Vancouver-based Feng Shui and metaphysics consultant whose practice is grounded in the classical systems of BaZi, Yin-Yang, the Five Elements (Wu Xing), and BaGua.
She has provided Feng Shui consultations for more than 300 residential and commercial clients and has guided more than 1,000 individuals through BaZi and other metaphysical readings.
Skylar is the author of Greater Vancouver Feng Shui Observation Notes (大温风水观察笔记), a manuscript now being prepared for official publication. As president of the Association, she is committed to connecting ancient heritage with contemporary life in a clear and culturally responsible way.
